  • Increasing awareness, among policy makers and decision makers in Israeli universities, of gender gaps and the need to promote gender equality in their institutions.  

  • Assimilation of organizational culture and practices that promote gender fairness in Israeli universities.

  • Building gender leadership that will represent female researchers in Israeli universities when designing policies, when preparing programs, and when distributing resources and budgets at the national level.

  • Education, training and empowerment of the future generation of female researchers through a significant increase in the proportion of female PhD graduates going on to post-doctorate at prestigious universities abroad.

  • Promotion of female representation in the National Academy of Sciences according to their proportion in the population of university professors.

  • Achieving equality in the rate of participation of female researchers in public-state-national committees.
